Should Your Fitness workout always be perfect?
Should your workouts be perfect?
In short, no, your workouts do not have to be perfect. In fact, they most likely wont always be to that caliber every time because, well life.
What happens when my workouts aren’t perfect?
I’ve been struggling through my workouts lately mainly because I’m super burnt out from everything else.
After a long 12 hour shift from my two jobs I rarely walk through the front door of my home and rush to the treadmills or to lift weights. In fact, I usually kick off my shoes as soon as I enter the house and flop on the couch, letting out a deep sigh of relief to finally be home only to reset it all in the morning.
However, no matter the circumstance I always feel better after working out! So I force myself to get dressed down for my workout, grab my music and then begin warming up.
On days where I am extremely exhausted I tend to struggle more through the workout.
But I have learned not every practice, workout or activity you do will go perfect, but your ability to remain consistent will always be worth it.
There is still growth in imperfection.
Continue to chase after your goals and desires despite adversity.
