2024 Tulip Festival

This was my first year attending the 2024 Tulip Festival, and It was stunning.

You do not want to miss this year’s tulip festival. If you are in Oregon, search for the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival on your GPS, and it will pop up.

Your heart will melt as soon as you park and see the tulips up close.

It is breathtaking.

What can I do at a Tulip Festival?

Walk the paths through thousands of tulips in many different vibrant colors. There are plenty of areas to stop and pose for a picture or use props. Benches, signs, cutouts, and backdrops of trucks with tulips are placed around the festival specifically for you to capture the perfect photo.

In addition to the show-stopping tulips of many colors, there are tons of booths with delicious treats for a typical festival/carnival price. You can find elephant ears, shaved ice, kettle corn, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and carnival food.

If you plan on bringing the family, there are also rides and activities for your little ones. The rides cost money, but seeing your babies come down the giant slide or spin in circles is worth every penny.

Who should I invite?

Do you have dogs? I was shocked to learn that pets are allowed here on leashes. Bring your pets, kids, spouse, or friends and enjoy mesmerizing views. Cameras for photos and videos are encouraged!

How can I attend?

Check the weather, set a date, and purchase your tickets online, as they can sell out. The last thing you want is to make plans and not be able to get in because you did not purchase the tickets beforehand.

The tulip festival is definitely going on our annual “Family things to do” list.
